Welcome to Core Leadership Circle ("Core," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at www.corelc.org, submitting an application, enrolling in our mastermind program, attending any event, retreat, or session, or otherwise engaging with our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, members, guests, and any other individuals who interact with Core Leadership Circle. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Core Leadership Circle is a year-long transformational mastermind program designed for experienced leaders seeking personal and professional growth. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
Core Leadership Circle is not a licensed therapy, counseling, legal, financial, or medical services provider. Our programs are educational and transformational in nature. Nothing in our Services constitutes professional psychological, legal, medical, or financial advice.
Our Services are intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or terminate access at our sole discretion.
Membership in the Core mastermind is application-based. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Core Leadership Circle and is not guaranteed. Submitting an application does not create a contractual obligation on our part to provide Services.
Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an enrollment agreement detailing program specifics, pricing, and payment terms. Enrollment is not confirmed until a signed agreement and any required initial payment are received by Core Leadership Circle.
All fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be set forth in your individual enrollment agreement. Fees are due in accordance with that agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership.
Due to the curated and capacity-limited nature of the Core mastermind, all fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your enrollment agreement or as required by applicable law. If you wish to withdraw from the program, you must provide written notice to Core Leadership Circle. Withdrawal does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any amounts already paid.
Core Leadership Circle reserves the right to adjust pricing for future program cohorts. Any price changes will not affect your current enrollment agreement.
All content available through our Services — including but not limited to website text, images, videos, program materials, The Diamond Model framework, session recordings, workbooks, exercises, methodologies, trade names, trademarks, and logos — is the exclusive intellectual property of Core Leadership Circle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use these materials solely for your personal participation in the Core program. You may not:
Any feedback, testimonials, or suggestions you provide to Core Leadership Circle may be used by us without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Core Leadership Circle fosters a high-trust, high-accountability environment. As a member, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the personal disclosures, business information, and experiences shared by fellow members. Specifically, you agree:
Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund and may expose you to legal liability.
By participating in our Services, you agree to conduct yourself professionally, respectfully, and with integrity at all times. You agree not to:
Core Leadership Circle reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards, at our sole discretion and without refund.
Core Leadership Circle makes no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, income levels, or personal or professional achievements arising from participation in our programs. Transformation and results vary by individual and depend on each participant's commitment, effort, and personal circumstances.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, FACILITATORS, ADVISORY BOARD MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO CORE LEADERSHIP CIRCLE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Core Leadership Circle and its founders, officers, facilitators, advisory board members, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through our Services.
Our website and program materials may contain links to websites operated by third parties, including Advisory Board members. These links are provided for your convenience only. Core Leadership Circle does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party websites. Your interactions with third-party websites are governed solely by their terms and policies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in San Francisco, California. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Core Leadership Circle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you must promptly destroy any Core materials in your possession.
