CEO of Commit to Greatness Consulting, Susan brings powerful transformational methods to organizations, and their leaders for greater team performance and results. Formerly Co-Founder & Director of Training for The Summit Organization, a personal and professional development company graduating over 40,000 people from its innovative programs. Susan co-founded the company at the age of 21 and helped build it to a $14 million dollar company in 8 years.
She has led CEO masterminds and worked with executive teams from a diverse portfolio of businesses for over 20 years. She addresses the challenge of growing businesses in ways that are beneficial to our own mental and physical well-being, effective in our work and our relationships with others, and good for the world at large. Susan believes that leaders must lead with greater wisdom, purpose, and meaning and brings leadership practices together with knowledge of wisdom traditions and neuroscience.

Victoria Stevens, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist, psychoanalyst, speaker, researcher and educator. She is the director of the Stevens Creativity, Imagination and Leadership Training. She holds a BA with honors in philosophy, cello and theatre from the University of Kansas, an MA and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (CGI in Los Angeles) and specialized certifications in Hypnosis and the Treatment of Victims and Perpetrators of Violent Crimes. Her psychoanalytic certification is from the Psychoanalytic Center of California, mentored by James Grotstein, and she has studied interpersonal affective neurobiology with Allan Schore for 12 years.
Her research specialty is the study of the development and inhibition of creativity in children and adults with an emphasis on the relationship between creative thinking, neurobiology, emotional development and affect regulation, trauma, the arts and cognitive processes. She currently works with programs for veterans through the Los Angeles Veterans Administration, and for foster youth who have aged out of the system. She has integrated her experience as a classically trained cellist, singer, actress and dancer with her expertise in psychology and pedagogical theory to develop innovative pre-K – 12th grade art education curricula and assessments, teacher training programs, and trainings for mentors who work with foster children and “at-risk” youth.
In addition to being a faculty member at many esteemed institutions, Vicki provides professional development training for teachers in public and private schools across the country on the subjects of creativity, the arts, emotional regulation, imagination and metacognition as they relate to life-long learning and academic achievement for all children.
She has a private psychoanalytic psychotherapy practice for children, adolescents and adults in West Los Angeles.
Nick LeForce, the Transformational Poet, has over 35 years of experience in the field of human communication and development. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Graduate degree in a Rehabilitation Administration; he is a certified trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, and is an ICF certified coach (PCC). He is also board certified as an examiner for the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. Nick is president of Inner Works, established in 1992, a coaching and training company located in Northern California, providing executive coaching services to businesses as well as personal coaching services to individuals.
Nick has designed and delivered certified NLP, Hypnotherapy, and Coaching training programs throughout the US, Mexico, Australia, Italy, China, Malaysia and Singapore; including NLP train the trainer programs and platform skills training for all presenters. He is particularly known for his language skills and elegant use of poetry to help people find their own voice, reclaim their soul, and walk a path with heart. Nick is author of several books: I Owe You, You Owe Me,(1997) a book on overcoming emotional debts and building abundant relationships; Co-Creation: How to Collaborate for Results, (2009) a mini-book on the power of perceptual positions to create incredible collaboration; and co-author, with Tim Hallbom, of Coaching in the Workplace: A Pocket Guide to Strategies for Powerful Change (2012) and a five books of poetry, Heaven In Our Hearts (2102), Endless Horizon (2013), Divine Whispering (2014), The Poetry of Life (2015); and The Work Of Being Your Self (2016).
Our powerful Advisory Board incorporate their unique expertise into the process and help direct the content of the program. Most have led sessions for the group as well and have been available as coaches or advisors to our members.
Sam is Founder and CEO of Applied Computer Online Services, the world’s largest online B to B computer store representing over 6 billion dollars worth of inventory. He’s recognized and respected for his ability to achieve and maintain peak performance states. These skills enabled him to build a consistently profitable business for the last 30 years.
Sam has managed to balance a thriving business with a deeply personal spiritual practice. He is only in the office an average of 2 hours per day and able to devote time to his Buddhist practice, his family and community service. He particularly enjoys inviting others gently to develop their own spiritual path.
Xavier Lee is an international business consultant, leadership trainer and executive coach specializing in high performance team building and mindfulness. Mr. Lee is certified as a Language and Behavior (LAB) Consultant, Limbic Coach®, Master Trainer in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), and inTransformational Business Coaching. He is also a certified teacher for Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI). Mr. Lee specializes in helping leaders build high performance culture through enhancing emotional/social intelligence, mindfulness, and practical leadership skills in companies and organizations.
Mr. Lee draws from a rich global leadership experience, having served in senior marketing and strategic planning positions at Fortune 100 companies such as American Express and Cigna in US and international markets. As VP of Strategic Marketing at Cigna International, Mr. Lee led New Product Development, Internet Business, and Strategic Marketing business units, and was recognized for his ability to build and maintain high performance teams. Mr. Lee and his team achieved 300% increase in new product portfolio in less than 12 months. At American Express, he developed new market entry strategies for both US and international markets, adding more than $200 million dollars in new revenue opportunities. Mr. Lee has also started and operated his own service and consulting businesses.
Mr. Lee has led leadership and business trainings, and facilitated meetings in organizations such as Atotech, BMW, Boeringer Ingelheim, Goldcorp, Hult International Business School, Project Management Institute, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Stanford Hospital, Whole Foods, etc. Mr. Lee also created and co-leads an innovative week-long leadership program for international C-level executives annually. Program participants unanimously rated the program as “one of the best leadership programs” in their post-program surveys.
Mr. Lee holds an MBA from Cornell University where he was awarded the prestigious Park Leadership Fellowship, and a BA in International Relations from University of California Davis where he was also awarded a Full Army ROTC scholarship.
